Please meet Liverpool Street

Hi long time no see, it's Chie. If you don't know me, I'm one of the founders of this project but as for its creations I'm a kind of a guest artist here!
Tonight, let me introduce Liverpool Street to you...! He's one of the earliest members of Go! Go! Metro! but hasn't been officially introduced yet.

He's an elite businessman but is really friendly and laid-back. He's just a nice bloke who loves a pint of nice beer after the work!!  However, there is something slightly mysterious about him . He's charismatic and enigmatic... so Mr. Bank has found him a bit untrustworthy without any particular reason!! (Maybe he is just too relaxed for Mr. Bank...)
